This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and protected when you visit the neoray.com.tr website (the “Site”) operated by Neoray İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Neoray”). - Information you provide: your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number and message when you fill in the contact form.
- Information generated automatically: IP address, date and time of visit, browser and device information, kept in server logs for the security of the Site and troubleshooting.
- Cookies: cookies strictly necessary for the Site to work and, only with your consent, analytics cookies.
2. Use of Information
Your information is used to respond to your requests, communicate with you, carry out quotation and business relationship processes, keep the Site secure and fulfil our legal obligations. It is not sold or rented and is not used for marketing without your permission; commercial electronic messages are sent only with your separate consent under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

We take appropriate technical and administrative measures under Article 12 of the KVKK to protect your information:

- Access to the management panel is limited to a personal user name and strong password; passwords are stored in irreversible (hashed) form.
- Forms are protected against automated submissions by a security code and attempt limits.
- Server and software updates are applied regularly, data is backed up and access is logged.

- Google Fonts: provides the typefaces of the Site.
- Google Maps: shows our location on the contact page.
- Google Programmable Search: provides search on the search page.
- Google Analytics: used only with your consent to measure visit statistics.
- WhatsApp: you are redirected to the app only when you click the WhatsApp link.
When these services are used, your IP address and browser information may be transmitted to the relevant provider. How these providers process information is governed by their own privacy policies.

The Site may contain links to other websites. Neoray is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
