As Neoray İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Neoray” or the “Company”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about the personal data obtained through the neoray.com.tr website (the “Site”) and our communication channels. This notice is prepared under Article 10 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity: name and surname.
- Contact: e-mail address and phone number.
- Customer transaction: requests, questions and message contents you send through the contact form, e-mail or phone, and related correspondence.
- Transaction security: IP address, date and time of access, browser and device information, traffic and error logs kept for the security of the Site.
- Usage statistics (only with your consent): visit and page view information obtained through analytics cookies.
No special categories of personal data (health, religion, ethnic origin, biometric data, etc.) are requested through the Site. Please do not share such information in your messages.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Receiving, evaluating and responding to your requests, questions and applications,
- Carrying out quotation, contract and business relationship processes,
- Carrying out communication activities,
- Ensuring information security and the security of the Site and preventing misuse,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to authorised public bodies,
- Establishing, exercising and protecting rights in potential legal disputes,
- With your consent, measuring the use of the Site and improving it.
4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected by automated and partly automated means through the contact form, e-mail, phone, cookies and server logs. It is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- Processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quotation and business relationship processes),
- Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller,
- Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
- Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (responding to requests, Site security).
Processing through analytics cookies is based solely on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK. You may refuse or withdraw your consent at any time through your cookie preferences; this does not prevent you from using the Site.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
For the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to:
- IT service providers from whom we obtain hosting, maintenance, security and e-mail delivery services for the Site,
- Our legal and financial advisors,
- Authorised public bodies and judicial authorities upon request.
The Site uses Google Fonts (typefaces), Google Maps on the contact page, Google Programmable Search on the search page and, only with your consent, Google Analytics. When these services are used, your IP address and browser information may be transmitted to Google’s servers abroad. Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the retention and limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation. At the end of these periods it is erased, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the Regulation on the Erasure, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data. 7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
- To request rectification if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- To request erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred,
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.
